Return & Refund Policy

At Dizaxen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy outlines your rights to cancel your order, return products, and receive a refund in accordance with EU consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

1. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)

As a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. This 14-day withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the contract by sending an unequivocal statement (e.g., by email). You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but it is not obligatory.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return and refund, please ensure that:

• The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
• The return is initiated within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Note: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used, unless they are defective.

3. How to Return an Item

If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us at returns@dizaxen.shop to notify us of your intention to return the product. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We will provide you with the return address and any further instructions.
3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging, if possible, and include a copy of your order confirmation or invoice.
4. Ship the product back to us within 14 days of notifying us. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods (shipping fees).

4. Refunds

Once we receive your returned product and verify that it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund. The refund will include:

• The full price of the product (excluding any original shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product).
• Standard shipping costs paid at the time of purchase (if the return is for the entire order).

We will reimburse you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or, if earlier, within 14 days of receiving proof that you have sent back the goods). No fees will be charged for the reimbursement.

5. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at returns@dizaxen.shop with a description of the issue and photos showing the defect or damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping costs.

6. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Products that have been unsealed or used after delivery (for health protection reasons).
• Products that are sealed for health protection that have been unsealed after delivery.
